My oven was in a right state - it was getting very smokey after cooking in it, covered in grease & grime. It hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time (we're talking YEARS).

To be greeted with an actual MIRROR when you open the oven door now is incredible - Tom has done a super job. Plus, I was kept informed throughout the job about what was happening. Tom also took the utmost care when disassembling and reassembling the door, and reassured me that he not only knew what he was doing, but had been on numerous training courses and was fully insured too.
